Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items to ensure safe delivery.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and approved.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
